"When I made the decision to become an attorney, I knew I wanted to be in a field where I could work closely with individuals and families on complex and difficult matters. Elder law is the perfect fit for me and I find it very rewarding to be able to help my clients reach their goals and to know that they and their families are taken care of."
Molly concentrates her practice in elder law, with a focus on long-term planning including Medicaid planning and applications, adult guardianship, and litigation for vulnerable adults against abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and going to comedy shows.
Molly became licensed in 2018 after graduating from the University of Illinois Law School. Prior to joining Dutton Casey & Mesoloras in August 2018, Molly clerked for a large family law in Chicago. In addition, she worked at two of University of Illinois’s legal clinics: The Domestic Violence/Immigration Clinic where she assisted victims in obtaining protective orders and applying for visas, and the Family Advocacy Clinic where she represented child abuse victims and their families.
