Law Firm of Dutton & Casey – opening for Law Clerk

The law firm of Dutton & Casey (estate planning, probate, elder law) has an opening for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and computer savvy law clerk.

Assignments Include:

  • clerking at the Daley Center
  • preparing inventories and accountings in probate estates
  • assistance in discovery
  • research
  • and general support for attorneys

Details:

  • Full-time hours during the summer and school holidays
  • 15-20 hours per week during the academic year
